На производстве столкнулся с интересной задачей и хотел бы обсудить ее с вами. Мы занимаемся модернизацией экструзионной линии, и ключевым этапом является внедрение преобразователей частоты для управления скоростью вращения шнека.
В целом, все идет по плану: выбрали ПЧ, подходящий по мощности и функционалу, настроили основные параметры, подключили двигатель. Изначально все работает идеально: плавно разгоняется, держит заданную скорость. Но спустя некоторое время работы (примерно несколько часов) начинают проявляться периодические сбои. Шнек начинает дергаться, скорость "плавает", и на ПЧ выскакивает ошибка по перенапряжению в звене постоянного тока (DC-link overvoltage).
Перепроверил все подключения, сопротивление изоляции двигателя в норме, параметры сети соответствуют норме, тормозной резистор подключен и функционирует (проверял осциллографом). Замена ПЧ на другой, точно такой же модели, результата не дала – проблема повторяется.
Кто сталкивался с подобной проблемой? Какие еще параметры стоит проверить или подкрутить в настройках ПЧ? Может быть, нужно использовать сетевые фильтры или дроссели для подавления гармоник? Буду признателен за любые советы и наводки! Использую Частотный преобразователь 22 кВт.

Fils de cheminot et fréquentant la gare de DAX et de PEYROUTON,dans les années 60,tant pour les vacances que pour la scolarité(les anciens de "Cendrillon" se rappellent surement du PN de PEYROUTON!),je serais ravis de revoir ces gares en photo sous caténaires,avec Paulines,2d2,BB,CC de l'époque,tractant les rapides et express Paris Hendaye ou Tarbes.Cela pourrait faire l'objet d'un chapitre consacré uniquement à la gare de DAX.Merci encore pour cette description détaillée et pertinente des chemins de fer Landais,sans exception,et de ce qui en reste.

Pour moi, il s'agit bien de la même halte dans sa configuration d'origine. Visiblement, sur le cliché que vous référencez, le bâtiment est transformé à des fins d'habitation. Nos deux clichés ont juste quelques années d'écart (15-20 ans ?).
